This area as the name suggests is located on the eastern side of the Sukhumvit Road and stretches from nearby Siracha in the north down to Huay Yai in the south. This region is often referred to as the darkside, which is now a little harsh as the infrastructure is being continually improved. The main roads over in this part of Pattaya are Soi Siam Country Club, Soi Nern Plub Wan, Soi Khao Noi and Soi Khao Talo.

For Whom:

  • For those you wish for the more relaxed lifestyle and /or living in their own home. There are a number of villages in this area containing houses and villas.
  • For those who are in either temporary or permanent employment in Pattaya and neighbouring regions including Bangkok and Rayong as there is fast easy access to the main highway to Bangkok and other main roads.

Restaurants: The area boasts a large number of local cafes catering to foreign tastes. Also the number of quality restaurants in this area is on the increase with places such as Suggestions, Pepper & Salt as well as Livv to name just a few. While the Lakeside Restaurnat by the lake is an ideal place to watch the sunset.

You can find housing here for just over 1 Million Baht whihc have very little or no land up to amazing luxury villas with a value of between 30 – 50 Million Baht.
